Terms of Service

Estimates & scope

We provide written estimates describing the scope of work, safety constraints, and pricing. Work begins only after your approval of the estimate.

Safety

We reserve the right to refuse work that presents unsafe conditions (steep/fragile roofs, storms, exposed wiring).

Payment

Payment is due after service completion and your inspection. We accept cash, card, or check where available.

Property condition

We are not responsible for pre‑existing damage or hidden defects (e.g., rotten fascia, clogged/loose gutters). We will note such conditions in the estimate where observable.

Scheduling

Weather or access may require rescheduling. We will offer the earliest available window.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.
